We understand that health disparities exist in our society, and we believe it is our responsibility to actively address and rectify these inequalities within the scope of our long-term care services. To this end, we are proud to announce our unwavering support for the implementation and administration of a program aimed at improving health disparities and ensuring equitable care for all our residents.

We are committed to having difficult conversations and working on undoing implicit biases through education.

Our commitment extends beyond the walls of our facility, as we strive to be a positive force for change in the broader community.

Resident and Community Engagement: We value the input and experiences of our residents and their chosen community. We will actively seek feedback and engage in open dialogue to better understand their needs and preferences, which will inform our care practices.Through monthly family counsels and resident counsel we identify their needs and experiences. We are also recognizing the importance of building community for individuals who do not have familial relationships.

 

Continuous Improvement: We are dedicated to ongoing self-assessment and improvement. Our leadership team will regularly evaluate our programs, policies, and practices to ensure that they align with our commitment to health equity.
